RIP Billy, not likely. Did you notice the storm activity the day he arrived at the pearly gates. God has now had more noise complaints than when Jimi Hendrix and Jim Morrison took up residency. i heard Billy was about to launch into his Lock up your Grandmothers tour, and it was going to be a sellout.
